Even the drums had to take a break and enjoy the sea view !

We had a very special day for our Day Retreat yesterday. Relax, Restore & Revive are definitely the words to use for days like this.. What a day of drumming and sound!! I’ve got some nice messages this morning from people who are still buzzing from the day.

Big thanks to Louise too who made all the delicious food…mmmm!

People who had never drummed before were soon brought into the infectious rhythms and once you’re aboard the rhythm train, there’s no stopping !

So a big heart thank you to everyone who came and shared 🪇.
