Geometric patterns formed by sound
Dr. Hans Jenny extensively studied the relationship between waveforms and matter, how sound vibrations affect and create physical form. He would send constant pitches into materials such as a droplet of water, and a thin surface covered with licopodium powder, as well as others. When the pitch sounded it would create incredible geometric patterns in the substances. They would look like pentagonal stars, hexagonal cells, spirals, leaves, and complex Mandalas.

Dublin Workshop June 11th

Morning: Master Gong Workshop
Afternoon: Spirit of the Drum Workshop

Master Gong Workshop 10.30am – 1pm with Marcin Stanek, Sound Journeys

Marcin’s passion for music and sound has given him deep insights and understanding into the vibrational nature of sound and it’s powerful effects on our energy, state of mind, emotional and mental wellbeing. Different rhythms on the gong produces different sounds, tones and overtones. Playing slowly and gently creates soothing healing tones and overtones which encourage deep states of consciousness. Playing energetically and quickly produces tones which are dynamic and lively and awakening, while still in a meditative and relaxed state. Go deep into the gongs healingqualities with this workshop.

Spirit of the Drum 2pm – 5.30pm with John Barron of Rhythm Journey

John has been working with groups for years making drumming fun and easy – you’ll find yourself playing different rhythms on the djembe with ease. Drumming can be invigorating, balances the left and right brain hemispheres, balances our auto-immune system helping release disease and physical symptoms from the body bringing about transformation, re-energising the chakras, mind, body and spirit.

Sound Therapy

What is Sound Therapy?

Sound Therapy is a gentle non invasive therapy. Using instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs and more are used in a therapeutic way to assist in the clients healing session.

This can be a private one to one session or part of a larger group in a “Sound Meditation”.

Sound tools help to entrain the brain to move into the deeper alpha and theta brain-wave frequencies.
These are frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind and intuition.

Harmonic sound vibrations engage the relaxation reflex, slow down respiratory and brain function and heart rate and disrupt the pain reflex, creating a deep sense of well-being.

Modern medicine can now measure and, thus, confirm the practice of sound as a means to promote healing.
Sound is a type of energy medicine that creates the sacred space in which people can heal from stress disorders, pain, depression, the emotional roller coaster and more…
