What is a Sound Journey?
A lot of people find that with the “switched on” lifestyle we all have – that it can be difficult to switch off and get some real, beneficial relaxtion. This is where a Sound Journey can work on many different levels. Whether you are a complete beginner and new to all of this, or someone who has done it regularly – A Sound Journey is a personal meditation with no rules, or “right” way. Just come as you are and be in the space.
A Sound Journey or Sound meditation uses different instruments and sounds to create a “soundscape” where the focus is on well-being and deep relaxation. All the instruments used give different tones and frequencies and have many different benefits to mind, body and soul.
Wednesday Nights
- Session starts at 7.30.
- You are welcome to come 10/15 minutes earlier to settle in.
- Wear some comfortable loose clothing and bring a bottle of water.
- Mats and blankets are provided or you can bring your own.
- Any needs/requests just get in touch.
- please note as it’s meditation – no latecomers
