We had a very special day for our Day Retreat yesterday. This picture was the calm before the groove! What a day of drumming and sound. The space is still buzzing!

People who had never drummed before were soon brought into the infectious rhythms and once you’re aboard the rhythm train, there’s no stopping ! :)

Lunch to nourish you, tasty homemade soup and bread, also delicious muffins to have with your tea & coffee.

A walk along the cliffs in the sea air near our venue, taking in some amazing views.

The afternoon will be a nice chill-out with a Sound Journey to end the day.

All taking place just outside Dunmore East. There’s also an outside space we can drum in!
