Take some time out before the holidays to rejuvenate and restore mind,body and spirit with a Journey with the Drum.

This half day “mini retreat” will have two main parts,a Chakra balancing meditation using the drum along with Tibetan bowls.
After a break we’ll then have a Journey and guided imagery visualisation with the drum. An opportunity to connect with yourself in a very deep and unique way.
(An ideal session for those interested in Shamanic drumming too).

The morning is open to everyone and no experience necessary.

10am to 12.30am Cost €30. Refreshments provided
