The Silence before and after the sound is a magic space 💫 Simplicity 🙏 We finished a 6 week session last night and back on March 23 for another 6 weeks ! Starting with Jamaica and heading around the world.. There'll be some groovy funky rhythms playing on Sunday 🎶☀️ Sometimes when the Sound Journey is over.. The drum needs to be played.. Monday groove at 8.15. Think we'll call this one *BEAT* the rain 🤔 https://www.instagram.com/p/DVELv5hDFxn/ Morning jam on a djembé beag 🎶 Day workshop -
